A business incubator is an organization that fosters the development of early stage ventures. Typically, through a variety of non-financial supports. So, think of an incubator for eggs. It’s a warm, safe place where baby chickens that can’t fend for themselves go to develop and get ready to hatch. A business incubator is kind of like that, but for new businesses that can’t fend for themselves yet, and need expertise, advice, and development before they can hatch as strong and viable companies.
