Brand loyalty is the degree to which a consumer purchases the same brand repeatedly. Many companies are trying to figure out how to increase the brand loyalty of their customers. They might ask, “How could I get my customers to always drink Coke, and never drink Pepsi?” “How can I get my customers to always buy Nike, instead of Reebok or Adidas?”
